Lion Dancer

This is a full color hologram of a Chinese Lion Dancer in action. It is a very interesting creation because of the unusual method the artist used in capturing the motion.  

The sequence was captured not by taking a video, which is the most common method, but by having a number of cameras lined up along a track. As the lion dancer moved, the cameras would go off in sequence.

The subject matter is probably the most difficult to capture because in real life the head of the lion dancer is fuzzy to begin with.
